It is so easy when you are planning a vacation, to get tunnel vision and remember the spot that you have been to before. You feel in love the moment you started to walk around and visiting everything there is to see. It has quickly become not your love destination but a destination you love.
My favorite vacation spot is Colorado, and recently after a much road trip through the mountains I was reminded of why. It’s something about driving in the mountains, along side something so massive that makes you feel so small. Or walking along a trial that makes you feel one with nature. Or just walking down the street to a local coffee shop in to watch the sunset over the mountains.
